Discord Account Linking
We've recently added support for linking your Discord account to our Billing panel. Verification and the successful linking of your account will grant access to certain locked areas of the server reserved for customers and trusted contributors.
What can you gain from linking your account?
Once you've linked your account, you will obtain access to customer-only channels, including:
- Polls - Help our team leaders make decisions shaping Nautical's future.
- Developer / Manager Q&A Sessions - Join our team leader Q&S and ask questions or suggest features.
- Fast-Tracked Support ("Premium Tickets") - Skip the regular queue of support tickets and receive prioritised support. *Available only to those with active services
- Customer Only Community Channels
How Do I Link My Account?
- Visit https://client.nauticalhosting.com/index.php?m=discord_verification.
- Click .
- Authorise the app "Nautical Services" when prompted.
- Return to Discord; your role will be applied automatically.
Additional Roles That Can Get Fast-Tracked Support
The following roles will automatically be granted access to our premium tickets.
- Proficient - Can be earned by receiving 250 reputation points, or by being selected by our management team as a result of of consistent and reliable support in Community Channels. Proficient is the same as the previously named "Contributor" role
- Former Staff Members
- Members of the Community Relations Team
- Anyone with a "Team" role
Notes:
- This is a new feature that we've never tried before, so there may be bugs. If you find any, please let us know by creating a ticket, or emailing us at team@nauticalhosting.com
- Those who had the Customer role previously will need to link their account to regain their role.
- For those who currently have Premium tickets open, your ticket will not be affected.
