Getting Started
After placing your order for a game panel, you'll receive important setup information via email. Follow these steps to access your panel for the first time.
Step 1: Check Your Email
Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email from the panel system containing:
- Setup instructions
- Your panel access details
- Password setup information
Important: Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox within a few minutes of ordering.
Step 2: Set Up Your Password
- Follow the instructions in the email to set up your password
- Choose a strong password that includes:
- At least 8 characters
- Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
- Numbers and special characters
- Confirm your password when prompted
Step 3: Access Your Panel
- Navigate to the panel address: https://panel.nauticalhosting.com/
- Enter your login credentials:
- Email: Use the same email address you used when ordering
- Password: Use the password you just created
- Click "Login" to access your game panel dashboard

Can't Find the Setup Email?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you're checking the correct email address used for ordering
- Contact support if the email hasn't arrived after 30 minutes
Login Issues?
- Ensure you're using the correct email address (the one used for ordering)
- Verify your password is entered correctly
- Try clearing your browser cache and cookies

Forgot Your Password?
- Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
- Enter your email address to receive reset instructions
- Check your email (including spam folder) for the reset link
